How does Median work?

Median is a JavaScript application that once installed on a website collects static and dynamic data based on a website visitors session and passes that data via a secure server environment to be presented in a viewer for an agent to interpret and interact with. In short, Median allows agents to see what visitors see by using code to recreate a pixel perfect representation of a visitors screen.
