Unlike most popular screen sharing applications that are required to be downloaded, installed, or launched on a user's PC, Median is installed on your website via a JavaScript cut and paste. By installing Median on your website instead of a user's computer, Median is running as soon as a visitor's page loads. Which means your website visitors do NOT need to download or install anything. By simply visiting your website an active screen share (cobrowse) session can be initiated in the Median Viewer.
